Head of SDR

We are looking for a highly driven Head of Sales Development Representative to work with our growing SDR. The SDR team is responsible to deliver qualified leads for the sales team and plays a critical role in growing our business team. Our ideal candidate is a self-motivated team player who is persistent about the team making its KPIs, organized and accountable for the team’s success, and has hands-on experience both in SDR work and management of a small to medium SDR team.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and scale up the SDR team
  • Motivate the SDRs to exceed KPIs through coaching, out-of-the-box creativity, and data analysis.
  • Monitor and refine lead processes
  • Continually work on optimizing pipeline qualified lead
  • Identify target accounts and prospects and qualify them
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to maximize pipeline creation.

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B SDR/Sales roles in a start-up company with a proven track record of sales success. Cyber security company- An advantage.
  • 1-2 years of SDR’S team management experience
  • Proven track record of establishing, and achieving KPI’s
  • Strong communication skills and organizational skills
  • Excellent English
  • Experience working with Salesforce, OutReach, or similar CRM
  • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, or another similar prospecting
