HR & Admin – Maternity leave

We are seeking a highly driven HR & Admin for maternity leave.

Responsibilities:

Admin and Operations responsibilities:

  • Support the CEO’s schedule and communications.
  • Maintain ongoing office operations such as equipment, supplies, food, cleaning, parking, shipments, deliveries, and more.
  • Coordinate business travel and conferences end-to-end (flights, hotels, health insurance, etc.)

HR responsibilities:

  • Lead the recruitment processes, from screening CVs, phone interviews, coordinating interviews with managers, etc.
  • Update internal databases with new hire information
  • Responsibility for the full employee life cycle, onboarding to offboarding
  • Build and manage welfare and wellness programs/events from planning to execution, including vendor identification, timelines, logistics, etc.

Requirements:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Hebrew
  • Basic knowledge of labor legislation
  • Organizational skills
  • B.A in Human Resources / Psychology or relevant field
