Marketing Operations

As a Data Scientist you will:

Assist CMO with planning, coordination, and execution of webinars, workshops, online events, including but not limited to, invite and landing page creation, registration reporting, execution of program tactics, follow up, etc.

Manage the marketing calendar to ensure that all major events, webinars, and campaigns are documented and communicated to internal teams

Work closely with other marketing teams to execute against various marketing campaigns and programs through emails, audience targeting, etc.

Support the development of sales tools (PPTs, feature briefs, case studies, white papers, product brochures) to support the sales process of the company’s solutions and drive clarity and consistency of message.

Work with creative teams to come up with branding ideas, advertising copy, graphic designs, and promotional materials

Enforces brand marketing guidelines throughout each product to create a cohesive feel to each campaign

Drive analytics and reporting across all marketing activities.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of marketing experience in marketing operations in a global SaaS company
  • Excellent English (English as a mother tongue – preferred)
  • Strong writing skills are essential – must be able to create a wide range of marketing content from scratch
  • Work experience as a Marketing Analyst or similar role
  • Salesforce.com, Pardot a plus
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel
  • Analytical abilities
  • BA in Marketing or relevant field
