Sales Development Representative

We are looking for a highly driven Head of Sales Development Representative to work with our growing SDR. The SDR team is responsible to deliver qualified leads for the sales team and plays a critical role in growing our business team. Our ideal candidate is a self-motivated team player who is persistent about the team making its KPIs, organized and accountable for the team’s success, and has hands-on experience both in SDR work and management of a small to medium SDR team.

Responsibilities:

  • Create pipelines for your territory using demand generation and prospecting tools
  • Handling outbound leads by identifying new opportunities and developing rapport with potential clients
  • Generate business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and cold calling
  • Procuring quality opportunities on a weekly and monthly basis ensuring the leads meet Quicklizard’s qualification criteria
  • Documenting daily activities in Salesforce CRM
  • Working closely with marketing & sales teams to accelerate the sales cycle and to extend reach into target accounts
  • Always Represent Quicklizard with integrity and professionalism in all written and oral communication

Requirements:

  • Minimum 1 year of hands-on sales development experience (hunting over the phone, cold calling)
  • Native English + any other European language is a plus
  • Proven over-achievement record with an aggressive hunter mentality
  • Tenacious, ambitious and persistent with a strong executive presence and dedication to customer outcomes
  • Strong work ethic and are eager to learn and make new connections with prospects
  • Experience using LinkedIn Sales Navigator or other similar prospecting applications while keeping track of dead-end leads
  • Flawless communication skills, both written and oral
  • Experience using Salesforce
  • Strong attention to detail, good time management, and analytical skills
